Norms established for this school year were a collaboration between all students and myself for the 2021-22 school year. We have agreed to:
- Respect peers, teachers, property and the classroom culture at all times.
- Prioritize preparedness by arriving to class on time, brining required materials (laptop, charger, ChronoNotebook, pencil and assignments) and intentionally focused with a positive mindset.
- We have communicated and agreed that learning takes place when we are all "with it" by being engaged in learning whether collaborating in discussion, groups and/or assignments to do what we are all doing when we are all doing it.
- We agreed that we are all our best when we feel safe, comfortable and valued. Therefore, we agree that we will protect one another physically, socially and emotionally so that all learners know and feel their value in our classroom.
These norms will be protected and prioritized by each student and teacher for each of us daily.
