I have been a library media specialist with Montgomery Central High School since 2007 and an educator with CMCSS since 2001. I was previously an English/Latin teacher at Kenwood High School, an English teacher at Northeast High School and served for three years as LMS at Northwest High School before coming to Montgomery Central. My wife is also a teacher at MCHS in the English Department, Mrs. Maggie Davis. Together, we have a beautiful daughter and two handsome sons. I earned my undergraduate degree in English with a minor in Secondary Education from Austin Peay State University and a Masters degree in Library and Information Science from Trevecca Nazarene University. I am also an accredited Latin instructor through the Tennessee State Department of Education.

The mission of the Montgomery Central High School Library Media Center is to provide all of our students, faculty members, parents and community members the best available resources to successfully initiate, develop and expand opportunities for students to reach elevated academic achievement as determined by state/national standards and become productive and responsible citizens in an ever-changing world.
