As a graduate of MCHS and a member of the community my goal is to ensure that all students receive the very best we have to offer. My life is devoted to my family and my friends. My five grandchildren are the inspiration that keeps me in education and motivates me to treat all children as I hope they are treated.

After 27+ years at MCHS I understand the importance of community and the role extracurricular activities play in the success of each student. I am the adviser for the Smoke Signals Yearbook staff, the Prom Committee, and the Junior class. I am the coordinator for the MCHS Cares program, which provides Christmas assistance for elementary children in our community.

In Literacy Transition students will learn strategies to increase reading and writing skills.  Daily requirements include completing and following an assignment book, bellringers, and English classroom support.  This gives students the opportunity to delve deeper into the English curriculum and receive assistance for areas of need.
